Dr. Sylvia Manlove serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs for GateWay Community College. Dr. Manlove has worked in higher education for over 25 years including having worked for three Maricopa Community Colleges. Prior to coming to Arizona in 1997, she was Dean of Student Affairs for over six years at Marygrove College in Detroit, Michigan. She also served as Associate Dean of Student Services for Rio Salado College, where she also taught courses as a part-time faculty member.

Vice President Manlove has earned a BA in Special Education, an MA in Administration, and a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership.
